Chalet D'Amo is the perfect base for a golf holiday in the mountains with easy access to the 9-hole course in Avoriaz and the 18-hole course in Les Gets, as well as the nearby championship course in Evian.
Les Gets Golf Club![]() Located in a wooded setting on the crest of the Chavanne, the 18-hole Les Gets golf course has been awarded the ISI 14001 and is the first eco-golf course in France. It has a hole named after the nearby peaks: Mont Blanc or the 7th hole are the most impressive of this series. It is from this diversity that this rather technical golf course draws its originality. Designed by Don Harradine & Olivier Downgrade of the Harradine Golf Group, the course was opened in 1995. Click here for more information and link to the course description |
Avoriaz Golf Club![]() Settled on the edge of the AVORIAZ ski resort, next to a shady pine forest on the PROCLOU site, the 9-hole par-36 course (2930 m) designed by Hugues Lambert is nestled in a beautiful setting that offers exceptional views of the ARAVIS range. Its exceptional location makes it one of the most spectacular courses in France Click here for more information and link to the course description |
Evian championship Golf course
Les Gets Golf Club

Just half an hour's drive from the chalet is Evian Resort Golf Club, with its completely renovated 18-hole championship course (6595 yards, 72 par), which is one of the finest in Europe and offers magnificent views of the lake and mountains.
Play golf on the course that hosts the famous Evian Championship (ex Evian Masters) ladies golf tournament, held every year in Evian since 1994 and held every September.
After a complete renovation in 2013, the course now offers a new way to play golf while maintaining a strong "French" identity. All greens have been altered and five holes have been completely renovated.
All tee boxes have been modified and the fairways have been reworked. Special attention has also been paid to the greens. They are now defended by a greater number of more challenging obstacles, notably lakes that have been newly created or enlarged tenfold, and numerous deeper bunkers repositioned throughout the course.
